Essay Writings Tips
Introduction
The primary goal of the introduction is to offer your perspective (also known as the "thesis" or "argue") on the topic at hand, but excellent introductory paragraphs are so much more. Before you even get to the thesis statement, for example, the essay should start with a "hook" that attracts the reader's interest and entices them to keep reading. Relevant phrases ("no man is an island") or unexpected statistics ("three out of four doctors report that...") are examples of good hooks.

The Paragraphs in the Body
The body paragraphs are the essay's middle paragraphs, and as mentioned above, the major aim of a body paragraph is to set out in depth the examples that support your thesis.

Unless some other more clear beginning point (as in the case of chronological explanations) is required, utilise your strongest argument or most noteworthy example for the first body paragraph. The first sentence of this paragraph should be the theme sentence, which directly refers to the instances provided in the introductory paragraph's mini-outline.
